This Privacy Policy explains how this mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Yauheniya Bahdanovich ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services.

The App is designed to provide custom pedestrian city tours using location-based features. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Data We Collect and How We Use It

To provide the core features of the App, we and our trusted third-party service providers process specific types of data.

Precise Location Data (GPS): The App accesses your device's precise location strictly to display your current position relative to the static tour route on the map. This location data is processed locally on your device in real-time. It is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your identity.

Purchase History & Identifiers: We use RevenueCat to manage, validate, and restore your premium subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. This includes transaction details (such as product IDs and purchase times) linked only to an anonymous App User ID. It is not linked to your real identity.

Device & Diagnostics Data: The App is built using the Expo framework. We may process basic runtime diagnostic metrics and technical device identifiers automatically to monitor app performance, identify bugs, and ensure technical stability. This data is entirely anonymized.

2. Third-Party Data Processing and SDKs

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the following service providers necessary to run the App's functionalities:

Mapbox, Inc.: We use the Mapbox SDK to render interactive maps and display the static tour route. Mapbox may process temporary technical device identifiers and telemetry data to load map tiles in accordance with the Mapbox Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat, Inc.: Manages our subscription logic and purchase validation. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction tokens. No credit card details or personal financial information are ever exposed to us.

Expo Framework: Basic system metrics may be processed by the framework to maintain cross-platform runtime stability.

3. Location Data Control (GPS)

Precise location tracking is used strictly while the App is active on your screen to guide you along the tour route. You can grant or revoke location access at any time via your iOS system settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services). If disabled, the option to see your position on the map will become unavailable.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect, request, or target personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we discover that any such data has been collected without verifiable parental consent, it will be deleted immediately.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain minimal transaction footprints and anonymous usage logs only for as long as necessary to fulfill app functions and financial reporting.

Since the App does not require a traditional user account setup (utilizing anonymous device tokens instead), you have the right to request the purging of any transaction history associated with your anonymous identifier. To do so, please contact us using the details below.
