Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to this mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Yauheniya Bahdanovich ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant and Scope

The Developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, the terms of Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail regarding your relationship with Apple. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features available via one-time in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store billing platform and managed via RevenueCat framework.

Billing: Subscriptions and lifetime purchases will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase.

Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. The Developer cannot process refunds directly.

4. Location-Based Services and Map Usage

The App provides static pedestrian tour routes and utilizes your device’s GPS location strictly to display your position relative to the route. Map rendering is powered by Mapbox SDK.

You are solely responsible for your personal safety, compliance with traffic laws, and awareness of your physical surroundings while following any tour routes.

The Developer does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, availability, or timeliness of map data or GPS positioning.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to tour routes, text, descriptions, audio, graphics, layout, and code, is the property of the Developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to physical injuries, navigation errors, or device malfunctions.

7. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
